I just had to show you these! An artist named Jane Mount takes peoples favorites books and paints beautiful bookshelves out of them. Jane Mount and her colleague Thessaly la Force, a writer, are coming out with a book in November 2012 featuring 100 paintings of interesting, famous peoples books shelves. The books is called My ideal bookshelf.

This such a sweet idea and the drawings are spectacularly nice! I really wish I had a dfrawing of my own favorites book. And one day I amy as Jane Mount draws book shelves on commission starting from USD 250.
